We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
Products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return:
- Unused and uninstalled, with original packaging intact
- Includes all accessories, manuals, and original tags
- Free of odors, stains, or damage
- Includes original order number or receipt
Customized floor mats (special colors/embroidery) are non-returnable unless defective.
Eligible items must remain in original condition—unworn/unused, with tags attached and original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Approved returns will receive a return shipping label and package instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

The floor mats sold on this website are designed to fit specific vehicle makes, models, model years, and trim levels. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify that the product is compatible with their vehicle before placing an order.
COLANAT shall not be held liable for any incompatibility, improper fit, or damage resulting from the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete vehicle information. If you are unsure about fitment compatibility, please contact us at [service@colanat.net] before purchasing.
Custom-cut and vehicle-specific orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to buyer-provided fitment errors.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
-Floor mats installed and used for more than 7 days
-Incompatibility due to customer selecting the wrong vehicle model (we provide detailed vehicle compatibility charts)
-Custom/personalized products (unless manufacturing defects exist)
-Promotional clearance items (unless quality issues exist)
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For returns due to product quality issues or shipping errors, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees paid are non-refundable. These charges are levied by customs and relevant government authorities beyond our control and therefore cannot be reimbursed.
Refund Amount Calculation
Your refund amount will be calculated as follows:

Note: Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included in the refund.

• Customer-initiated returns: Customer covers return shipping costs; original order shipping fees are non-refundable
• Returns for free shipping orders will be deducted by the actual delivery cost
